It is a happy chance if we, changing, continue to love a changed person.”

The Habitat Cafe
Monday, January 20, 2014
After watching Xiaoling's CO performance, we decided to go to Upper Thomson for dinner. Haha between getting lost here and there and under the new tunnel CDE we finally reached after 1/2 hour when the ride was just suppose to be 10mins.
• The Habitat Café •
233 Upper Thomson Road
• The Menu •
The deisgn is pretty cool, it's like on wood and all so classy. Haha besides the fact that cafe places menu all don't have picture (for my reference when ordering).
A cosy sofa corner that is right next to our table. Perfect for couples, or 2-3 friends to squeeze all together eating dessert and drinking coffee/tea for a relaxing afternoon. ☕️
Truffles Fries, $8
First time ever trying truffle fries and I really like it! Haha just like Sandy says 'it's just so addictive'
Banana Pancake, $10
Yeekhang decided to order a dessert as his dinner. Haha for his has this craze over bananas. It's really yummy, and somehow despite the big fan over us closing my food cold his pancake managed to stay at a pleasant warm temperature while he finished it all. I think I will order this when I am back here again, or maybe the Apple Cinamon Pancake too. 🍎
The Big Ben, $14
It was alright I guess but not exactly fanciful, maybe cause the fan was blowing my food cold very fast. I love the chicken cheesy sausage, and the pancake under my scrambled egg. The cheese sauce was not too bad too but the mini potato pancakes was a little too oily for my liking and they didn't give me dressing for my salad.
All of our dishes together. Haha sandy's Tomato Egg thing look so interesting and yummy too maybe I will try that too!
The cakes The Habitat Café cakes looks very delicious at a very decent price! From $3.90 - $6.90 as from I saw today, but didn't manage to get a close-up picture cause somehow the lighting doesn't seem nice. We choose to eat Salted Caramel instead of the cakes so will try the cakes when I am back here again I guess.
