airshow 2012

OKay, i think i am a bit lag to update about this now considering it was like abouta week ago, okay what just a week right? SO, my parents got me to bring my sister to the Singapore Airshow 2012. For most of it, it was really super boring but the performance made it all worth a while though. My sister had her share of fun collecting all the flyers and playing Xbox Kinect & Wii, yes there was a playroom provided. Hahas advertising i will call it.
walking through the entrance. frankly speaking, it had been a hassle to go there. i mean i have first take MRT all the way to Changi MRT then change to a shuttle bus provided that took like 1/2 hour to reach. Luckily there has been seats all along, if not my leg will probably break. But anyway, guess the ulu location was selected so as to accommodate everything they have to display.
My cute little sister looking all excited & happy, despite the hot sun and the huge crowd there.
the tickets w/ my name :)
The luckydraw booth and my sister, who has all confidence and hope that she will win filling up the luckydraw form, seriously she even throw tantrum when i wanted to leave right after the show instead of waiting for the luckydraw to happen. Okay fine she might really just have the luck to win but i was really mad tired and dizzy and sweaty from the weather, so sorry then. Haha
& to kill the heat, we had ice-cream! It's really price discrimination there okay, $2 each for one is really like freaking expensive. But i guess when you actually bother to go to such places for an even, such money shouldn't really bother you, right? Green for her and Orange for me. Haha just look at that blissful look on her face will probably make the ice cream worth their price :)
and of course, we are not the only one craving for them.
Though it's totally tourist-like, but well just have to right? ^^
this is like the {VIP} area, so its like by-invitation-only. The facilities inside and outside is really of some huge difference. I mean they can walk like they own the road, okay they probably really do, and we have to squeeze our way through here and there. #blehhhh
poor airplane model, with the kids sitting on it like that...
I am KungFu Mater. Hahaha!
you can actually queue for like 3hours to sit on these planes and take photo with them. But it's like freaking 3 hours so i didn't too. It's some mad hot sun that day and waiting for 3 hours in a queue with my sister is probably going to so boring for both of us.
so alterntively, we took with it still but from a distance
Armyyyyyy :)
my sister climb onto this huge truck. I don'y think she was suppose to do that but whatever, she did it anyway. Haha it wasn't easy to get up and down there okay, it's almost taller than me already!
& i am not even short to start with. My sister look so cute right :)
& Lastly of cause the flying show. It was really awesome i tell you! For the performance they put up it has worth the price, the hustle and the sweat from the Sun. Really impressed by the pilots' skills and their 默契 with each other. They must have really went through much training and hardwork to attain such a result. Maybe, i will be back again to watch when it comes back to Singapore in 2014.
